Frequently asked questions

What is the process of buying a puppy from you?

Once you decide to buy a puppy from us, you’ll need to decide if you want a pethome puppy or a pup with breeding rights. Then you need to decide what pick puppy you want, along with what sex puppy you want. After you decide on these things there is a deposit required to hold your spot, we ask for a deposit. We will ofcourse screen you and talk to the you about buying a puppy from us as we want our puppies to go to the best homes possible! We require a contract signed by both parties (Buyer and Seller) along with your deposit. Iff there is no spot available we can put you on a waiting list. We will never now exactly how many puppies we will get from every breeding.

How much do your puppies cost?

The price varies on the breeding that was done, the quality that came out of the breeding, which pick puppy you desire and whether that puppy is strictly for companionship, showmanship, co-owned out or sold with breeding rights. We charge lower prices for pet home pups, this means these dogs are sold without breeding rights and are only for companionship. This doesn’t mean the dog is bad or has faults.

What is a deposit?

Due to the high demand for our puppies we ask to pay a deposit to be guarantee your spot on a particular litter. You can also wait and see if any might be available after the time of birth, but then it will be first come first served. If you change your mind on a pup, your deposit may be transferred to any available pup at that time. Deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If the breeding does not take, or the desired pick/sex is not produced the deposit will be transferred to the repeat breeding of the sire and dam or another breeding of customers choice. Any pup that is kept after 16 weeks of age will be subject to a boarding fee.

What is a “pick”?

Picks are the order in which you pick your puppy in.  First pick chooses their pup first, second pick selects next, then third pick and so on.

What does a pet home puppy mean? What does breeding rights mean?

A pet home puppy means that you have no intentions of breeding the puppy. This doesn’t mean there is anything wrong with this puppy. You will get the same quality, just no breeding rights. You will still get a pedigree but it will say “Pethome”.

Breeding rights means you have purchased a puppy as a breeding prospect and wish to use the dog for breeding purposes. These dogs get a full rights pedigree and can also be shown.

Do you offer payment plans?

Once we have accepted your deposit you’re more than welcome to send payments to us up until the puppies are 6 weeks old, and before your puppy is picked up or shipped out to you. Unfortunately after that, unless discussed, we do not offer any additional payment plans.

Do you ship puppies?

Yes! We can ship our puppies worlwide (with some exceptions). Please keep in mind that shipping is an additional fee that varies on the destination. Shipping will go by plane or ground, this also depends on the destination.

Can you get my puppy’s ears cropped?

No, as cropping is illegal in most countries in Europe like ours we don’t sell puppies that have their ears cropped. We don’t support ear cropping and to move our breed to the next lever we need to make these floppy ears the new normal! They are the cutest with their ears natural! All dogs that we own with cropped ears are imported from countries where ear cropping is still allowed.
